About Me

Hello, I’m
Dr. Sara Pugh

My passion is making science simple and useful for everyday people. This extends beyond biochemistry and into the physics of light, water and consciousness.

Biochemistry &
Biophysics

I started out as a hardcore research scientist, with a First-Class Honours degree in Genetics and Biochemistry and a Wellcome Trust PhD in Molecular Mechanisms from the University of Leeds, UK. After a postdoc studying the effects of statins on heart cells, I grew disillusioned with the traditional path of scientific research.
But my love of science never went away. In fact, it’s stronger than ever—I’m endlessly curious, and every day I discover something new that deepens my understanding of how life really works.

My Personal Scientific Interests

I was secretly interested in anti-aging & performance enhancement (physical and mental), but this was not mainstream and a bit taboo in the late 1990s, so I experimented in secret and it began with supplements and diet. I have continued to be fascinated by these subjects to this day and know there is a lot more than just biochemistry and gadgets. Scientists do not know yet exactly what aging or life force are, but we do know some of it. I do believe ‘age is only a number’.

My Journey – Body

Lab work gave me backache, shoulder pain, and stiffness, which was how I discovered Pilates, biomechanics and manual therapy. I enjoyed helping people move well,  get out of pain, recover from surgery, improve their posture, and prepare for sports events.

My Journey – Brain

I discovered functional neurology and hypnosis as there were some people I simply couldn’t help with movement alone and needed a deeper brain and nervous system approach. This is when I got into the eyes and vision and how to train different lobes of the brain. I also began to learn hypnosis as mindset is critical.

My Main Focus Today

My main focus is quantum and circadian biology—how natural forces like light, water, magnetism, plasma, aether, and electrical charge shape our biology, energy, and health. My passion is making complex science simple and useful for everyday people

There Are Lots Of Rights Not One ‘Blueprint’

Nervous System & Brain

During my functional neurology days I realised that neuroplasticity, eye exercises, vestibular or balance system training and cranial nerve stimulation were part of the ‘secret sauce, but not ‘It’

Many people have heard of the vagus nerve (cranial nerve 10) but there are 11 other cranial nerves. No nerve is more important than any other in health.

I trained in functional neurology to add a whole new dimension to my clients and because problems in the nervous system can be the root of stress.

But still, there were people I couldn’t help and sometimes in private sessions someone would tell me something very personal so I decided I needed to train in some sort of therapy.

Hypnosis & Spirituality

So that was how I got into hypnosis, as I also learned stage hypnosis and I been hypnotising people since 2012. I also learned close up magic. This was a very interesting window into psychology as I could see it in action with real people.

I used to love  helping people get rid of limiting beliefs, access  their  superpowers, overcome addictions and  making powerful positive changes in their lives.

I used to have a terrible monkey mind myself and it took me years to be to find stillness and equanimity. This is an ongoing journey for all of us. Reconnecting with nature is one of the best ways to begin to  access the quantum spacein your consciousness, where healing and new possibilities exist.  I am not any kind of spiritual guru as we all have to find our way independently in the end and guru worship or idolizing other people is not empowering, but everybody has some kind of useful gem or insight to offer.

Spiritual beliefs are very personal, but accessing consciousnesses greater than our own are profoundly life changing and there are many, many paths you can take. I found that learning about the physics of concussions, telepathy, lucid dreams and remote viewing very helpful and validating.   They are called spiritual practices as they involve doing it, not just reading about it or  watching videos on YouTube.

I developed some of my own hypnotic techniques based on the memory of water. bio-geometry, spiritual practices and ancient cultures. I have studied Christian mysticism and Kabbalah, but I am interested in all faiths, cultures and religions Biogeometry and sacred geometry are useful for a deeper understanding of biology and is a link into the physics of life and consciousness.

Biology & Food

Being a biochemist I wan naturally interested in nutrition and supplements and I have experimented with many ways of eating and most supplements.

I am qualified in medical ketogenic therapy and biochemical detoxification and have delivered many workshops on ‘Detox, Fasting and Keto’.

I have developed a circadian ketogenic way of eating for myself that allows seasonal and local fruit and vegetables in the warmer months and ketosis in the colder months. This is what our biology is designed for how our ancestors would have lived and help others adopt a more ancestral way of eating.

The best way of eating one which is free from processed food, suitable for where you live (your environment) and are nourished by. Many factors such as light, water, electromagnetism, minerals and mindset influence food choices and these often need to be optimised along side dietary changes.

Quantum Biology

Discovering quantum biology made sense to me as it was the application of quantum physics to humans, nature & spirituality. It emphasises that life and health are all about electric charge, light, water and magnetism

I realised things I thought was ‘woo woo’ in my 20s were key bits of the health jigsaw. Quantum biology allowed me to join the dots from all my 25 yrs of experience and look at my client’s bodies and souls as well as mine through a different lens.

Quantum biology gave me lots of ‘Ah ha moments and new solutions to old problems and I found Dr Jack Kruse’s blogs very helpful to solve the quantum puzzle. I did ‘win’ against my mental and physical pain and took up gymnastics in my 40’s, something I didn’t think was possible.

I am currently studying bio-geometry, sacred geometry, plasma and ‘spiritual tech’  so I can apply this to my practice. We are constantly making new scientific discoveries so I make sure I keep me ear to the ground for new developments so watch this space.
